Kartuizer 63 is on Oude Graanmarkt, near the corner of Kogelstraat and Kartuizerstraat. A little further on you will find the miraculous hustle and bustle of the Brussels stock exchange, the unique shops of Dansaertstraat, the bistros and restaurants of Sint-Katelijneplein and Sint-Gorikshallen. Hotels, financial institutions, cinemas and theatres are also within walking distance in this bustling district. The political decision-making centres are within easy reach. Truly a blessed location.
Kartuizer 63 can be reached by car via the Brussels inner ring road. From there you have easy access to both Anspachlaan (Stock Exchange) and Dansaertstraat. Oude Graanmarkt is also a hub for public transport. Both the Beurs and Sint-Katelijne metro stops are a stone’s throw away. In a matter of minutes they will take you to the Central Station or the South Station. There you can connect to international high-speed trains or the Brussels Airport Express.

Offices


Our offices are contemporary and fully equipped. The common areas support all your professional activities. In addition to the entrance lobby, reception and waiting area, there is also a fully fitted kitchen. A spacious lobby and exhibition area, large or small meeting rooms are also at your disposal. On each floor there is a kitchenette. Kartuizer 63 invests in shared office equipment for you, such as a copier/scanner, fax, printers, paper cutting machine, binding machine and franking machine.
ICT.
Where telephony is concerned, cabling and connections to the offices are provided, with an underlying telephone exchange and support. Obviously a phone line is provided for each business and organisation with its own numbering series (and therefore a separate line for each workstation). Internet - ADSL and Fast Internet connections – extends as far as the offices. A server park and room are available, as well as all the accessories and comfort of an efficient network. Kartuizer 63 can also provide support and service contracts, or equipment. The choice is yours.
Kartuizer 63 offers the most up-to-date infrastructure and a generous services package for a fixed amount.


But on top of all that…


To guarantee a safe working environment, the building is fitted with access control. Individual badges are provided by the secretariat to your permanent or temporary staff. We also provide a permanent reception service between 8 am and 6 pm that takes care of welcoming your visitors, handles central telephone traffic and post and books meeting facilities. On the ground floor you can use the PMV lobby and common meeting area. There are also coffee corners on your floor. Drinks (coffee, tea, water and soft drinks) are included in the basic package. Both the common and individual areas are cleaned daily.
So that you can concentrate fully on your business or organisation’s mission, Kartuizer 63 will also take care of all operational activities: maintenance and repair of technical services (lifts, HVAC, security) and windows, plant maintenance, refuse collection, buildings and contents insurance policies, ICT, energy costs, statutory inspections, property taxes, and so on. In short, no day-to-day worries and no unexpected costs.


Extra services – outside basic package


On request, Kartuizer 63 can provide extensive administrative support, such as managing diaries, address book and secretarial services in connection with telephony, fax and archiving. We also have in-house technical support for your staff. You can also ask us to equip reserved meeting rooms with multimedia applications, conference-call apparatus, catering facilities and WiFi. Kartuizer 63 has an underground car park.
