File manager

Your role

As a file manager, you will be involved in the back-office in the drafting of loan agreements and any establishment of guarantees. You will control the release of funds, manage files in normal circulation and debtor management. Files range from micro-enterprises (sole traders) over small businesses to even medium-sized enterprises.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in financial economics or equivalent;
• You have several years of experience in credit monitoring and debtor management;
• You have a basic knowledge of company law and contract law;
• You are adept at accurate reporting;
• You are assertive, accurate and structured in the performance of your duties
• You adopt a problem-solving approach with the necessary empathy to be able to talk to people in difficult situations;
• You are result-oriented and stress-resistant;
• You have good written and oral skills in Dutch;
