Legal counsel corporate operations

The PMV legal team supports the investment teams in the preparation, negotiation and follow-up of investment opportunities. The investments can take the form of (subordinated or unsubordinated) loans, guarantees and direct or indirect equity participations to companies in various sectors (e.g. venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, life sciences, energy & transport, ICT, etc.) and with varying degrees of maturity (“seed”, “early stage” to “scale-up” and “fully mature”).
For the further expansion of our 12-member team, consisting of 10 lawyers and 2 paralegals, we are looking for a corporate lawyer corporate operations with a focus on the legal support of the corporate operations of PMV group and the Group Manager Legal Affairs.

Your function
The duties mainly consist of
- The legal secretarial function for various companies in PMV Group. This includes preparing meetings of the boards of directors and management committees, taking minutes of these meetings and following up on resulting action items;
- the support and legal follow-up of the standardized financing offer of the PMV group (spoc role);
- the coordination and follow-up of legal questions and assignments arising from the spoc role;
- follow-up & control (for his/her domain) of the work of legal advisors, lawyers;
- Active participation in knowledge sharing within the legal department;
- Regular participation in multiple board and management meetings.

Do you also have
- A Master degree in Law with a first (2-3 years) relevant work experience as legal advisor, in-house counsel or lawyer;
- a perfect oral and written knowledge of Dutch (knowledge of English is a plus);
